Anchor’s internship program offers hands-on ministry experience, support from Anchor Church staff, and learning in the context of community. We want to help you reach your leadership potential!
We’re especially seeking female leaders to apply for the 2018 internship.

Then the internship program is for you!
I’ve found the internship really beneficial and growing. Coming from a mature, established church, it’s been incredibly helpful to see the ins and outs of a young church plant. I’ve picked up new skills and been exposed to new ways of thinking about discipleship, church, and ministry. I’ve also particularly been thankful for the input from Anchor’s leadership: not just in terms of ministry training and life-on-life discipleship, but also in the collaborative ‘team’ approach and openness to ideas (including mine!). I’m very excited for the future as it is so evident Jesus is breathing life into our vision, which is ultimately all about him getting the glory.
