The Anchor Internship is a one-year program for those exploring or on the pathway towards vocational ministry who want to gain training and experience as they prayerfully discern God’s call. It’s designed to give you leadership training and practical ministry experience across various teams at Anchor.

Then the internship program is for you!
I’ve found the internship really beneficial and growing. I’ve picked up new skills and been exposed to new ways of thinking about discipleship, church, and ministry. I’ve also particularly been thankful for the input from Anchor’s leadership: not just in terms of ministry training and life-on-life discipleship, but also in the collaborative ‘team’ approach and openness to ideas (including mine!).
