Anchor Church Sydney was planted in May 2014 in a small warehouse theatre on the urban perimeter of Sydney. We have a bold vision of seeing many lives radically transformed by Jesus. We are seeking someone with an infectious love for Jesus to join our dynamic and growing staff team and help us see this vision become reality.
Reporting to the Lead Pastor, the Connect & Integration Coordinator is responsible for making Anchor Church the most welcoming church we can be. Core responsibilities include: recruit and train the Connect Teams; run our Connect Course; new people integration into Gospel Communities; and organise Welcome Dinner Parties.
The role is part-time (1 day a week) with the possibility to increase as our church grows. Remuneration will be set according to our remuneration guidelines and in accordance with experience and training.
